We built this site to fix the parts of that process that shouldn't be so hard.
AI does the first draft
Instead of staring at a blank text box, sellers fill in a short structured form — industry, financials, what makes the business worth buying — and AI drafts a title and description from that. Every draft is fully editable, and nothing gets published without the seller reviewing it first.
Confidentiality by design
Listings here are never tied to a city or exact address. They're grouped by broad metro region — like "Pittsburgh, PA Market" — so buyers get enough information to gauge interest without being able to pinpoint the business, or the seller having to worry about employees or competitors finding out before a deal is ready.
